Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

No-Refund and No-Cancellation Policy

  1. All purchases and transactions completed successfully on our platform are final.
  2. Once a product or service has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided.

Only Exception: Double Payment

  1. A refund will be issued only when a customer is charged more than once for the same order or transaction.
  2. This may occur because of a technical error, network issue, payment-gateway problem, or system failure.
  3. Only the additional amount charged will be eligible for a refund.
  4. Refund requests for any other reason — including a change of mind, accidental purchase, dissatisfaction, or non-use of the service — will not be accepted.

How to Request a Refund

  1. If you have made a double payment, please contact our support team within seven business days of the transaction.

  3. Subject: Refund Request – Double Payment – [Order ID/Transaction ID]
  4. Please provide your name, registered contact details, order or transaction ID, payment date, and payment amount.
  5. You must also attach proof of both payments, such as transaction receipts or relevant bank-statement screenshots.
  6. Please hide or remove sensitive information such as your full card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, and account password before sharing any document.

Verification and Processing Time

  1. Every refund request is subject to verification through our payment records and backend system.
  2. Once the duplicate payment is verified, the additional amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  3. The refund will generally be processed within five to seven business days after successful verification.
  4. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account, card, or wallet may depend on the respective bank or payment provider.

Important Notice

  1. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval unless a duplicate payment is confirmed in our records.
  2. By purchasing our product or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
